These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Bahe (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Bahe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with Apple’s App Store terms that apply to your use of the App and any In-App Purchases.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bahe on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the App Store Rules.
This version of Bahe is an on-device experience. There is no Bahe sign-in account for syncing across devices. Content you create stays on the current installation unless you export it yourself through system tools outside the App’s guaranteed features. Erasing app data or deleting the App removes local content and remaining consumable credits.
Feed, Discover, and Circle may show Sample personas, moments, comments, and reactions. Sample content is scripted demonstration material. It does not create a real public social network, does not send content to real users, and does not guarantee any online publication. Likes, follows, comments, and blocks you perform against Sample content only change local demonstration state.
You are responsible for pet photos, videos, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and other materials you capture or import (“Your Content”). You represent that you have the rights needed to use Your Content in the App and that Your Content does not violate law or third-party rights. Do not use Bahe to create or store unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
A boost preview is an on-device record associated with a saved moment. Any lift, view range, or promotion estimate shown in the App is for reference only and is not a promise of real exposure, plays, follows, revenue, or ranking. Boost previews do not publish your moment to a live public feed in this version.
Bahe offers consumable gift packs and treasure chests through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices shown in the shop include fixed list tiers used by the App (including $0.99, $2.99, $9.99, $19.99, $49.99, $99.99, and an additional list tier under $100). Pack names describe gifts or chests and do not advertise credit quantities on the shop tiles.
Previewing a moment before purchase or before boost confirmation does not spend credits.
The App may request Camera, Microphone, Photo Library, Speech Recognition, App Tracking Transparency, and Notifications as described in the Privacy Policy. You may refuse permissions; some features will then be unavailable. Tracking and notification prompts may appear on first home entry; this version does not use tracking after the ATT prompt and does not send notifications after the notification prompt.
Bahe, its name, UI, Sample scripts, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content and rights granted by these Terms or Apple, no rights are transferred to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bahe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that boost estimates will match any real-world outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credits, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for consumable packs in the App in the three months before the claim or (b) zero if you paid nothing, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using Bahe at any time by deleting the App. We may stop offering the App or change features. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) survive termination.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when a revision is published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence and by mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law where prohibited.
